Hi, I am Annie!

"I love squishy yarn and colour! I love to share my enthusiasm for fibre crafts and share my knowledge and passion to others. One of my favourite things about being a crochet teacher is seeing the joy and achievement on people's faces when they learn how to crochet. Getting to witness friendships form and blossom within the yarn community and the support that is shown for one another is something very special. "

Annie's Mission

Our mission is to create a welcoming, inclusive space where everyone feels at home, whether you're just picking up a crochet hook for the first time or you're already a pro. We offer friendly, beginner classes and are here to support you throughout your entire crochet and macramé journey. With a focus on community and connection, we’re all about helping you grow, learn, and having fun along the way!

Alongside our workshops, we have an ever growing yarn shop in Inverness, filled with carefully chosen products to suit every budget, with an emphasis on natural and sustainable fibers. We're passionate about championing local makers and indie yarn dyers, celebrating creativity while supporting our Highland community. Every ball of yarn, every skein and every class is passionately curated by Annie to inspire your crafting journey and connect you to those who make it possible.

 Studio 7a – A Creative Hub in Inverness

We run our workshops from Studio 7a in the heart of Inverness, Scotland—and we absolutely love it here. As makers ourselves, we know how hard it can be to find a good space to host workshops. It’s something we struggled with too, and it’s one of the reasons we decided to open up our studio to others.
