These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, annieandthehooks.com ("we" and the “Site”), and any products or services offered through the Site. By using the Site and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Welcome to Annie and The Hooks. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our website and the services we provide. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our website or place an order.

To place an order on the Site, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password).
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You agree to be responsible for all activities under your account.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products on the Site. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or any other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

All prices listed on the Site are in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT (if applicable) and shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time.

By completing an order, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the total amount due, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google PayPay.

Once you place an order on the Site, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not signify that we have accepted your order; it is simply an acknowledgment that we have received your order.

Orders are processed and shipped based on availability. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and shipping method. We will notify you if there is an issue with your order or any delays in shipping.

We offer a 14 day return policy for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at annieandthehooks@outlook.com to initiate the return process.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping charges, once the returned items have been inspected.

Please note that some products, such as customized items, may not be eligible for return. Digital downloads are not eligible for a refund. 

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, designs, graphics, and trademarks, are the property of Annie and The Hooks or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any of the content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws and regulations.
• Engage in fraudulent activities or provide false or misleading information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the Site or servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or any other user accounts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Annie and The Hooks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site, including the purchase of products.

Our liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid for the products in question.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
