- Return Process:

- Return Shipping Costs:

- Refund or Exchange:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping charges. 2. Returns of Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on digital downloads once the purchase has been made. This includes, but is not limited to, digital patterns, e-books, and downloadable materials.
- Faulty Digital Downloads:

3. Refund Policy for Classes and Workshops
We offer a non-refundable policy for all bookings made for classes and workshops, whether they are in-person or virtual. Once a booking is made and payment is received, the booking is confirmed, and no refund will be issued.
- Cancellation by Customer:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your place in a class or workshop, we regret that we cannot offer a refund. However, we may be able to offer you a place in a future session if available. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss this option.
- Cancellation by Us:
If we need to cancel a class or workshop for any reason, we will offer you a full refund or an opportunity to reschedule for a future date, depending on your preference.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your physical item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product, and we will assist you with a return, exchange, or refund. You may be required to provide photos of the damage or defect.
We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or faulty items, and we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund once the item is returned.
