Shipping Policy

At Annie and The Hooks we are committed to providing our customers with efficient and reliable shipping options. Below is a summary of our shipping and collection policy.
We offer the following shipping methods for online orders:
Royal Mail Services
All UK and international orders are shipped using Royal Mail services. Available options include:
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, holidays, etc.).
Shipping Costs:
International Shipping:
We do not currently offer international shipping.
If you are local or wish to collect your order in person, we offer a Click & Collect service at our business address. Simply select this option at checkout.
Collection Times:
Monday 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Thursday 10.30am - 12.30pm
Alternative Weekends (please see available options in Click & Collect)
Once your order is ready for collection, we will notify you via email. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation or a valid ID when collecting your order.
Please note that orders must be collected within 14 days after receiving your collection notification. If the order is not collected within this time frame, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
We currently do not offer tracked services but may offer a tracked service for large orders where the total value of items is over £100. If you selected Standard Delivery, this service may not offer tracking, but you can contact us if there are any issues with delivery.
While we strive to ensure that all orders arrive on time, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, Royal Mail delays, holidays, etc.). We will do our best to keep you informed and assist in resolving any delivery issues.
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at annieandthehooks@outlook.com and we will investigate the issue with Royal Mail.
If your order is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue, and where applicable, assist with filing a claim with Royal Mail. We ask that you retain all packaging and any damaged goods for inspection.
At present, we do not ship outside of the UK
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us immediately after placing the order. We will attempt to accommodate address changes, but cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been dispatched.
